Failing CAP2 repeats

So I think I went down on my CAP2 repeat...not 100% sure or anything just want to assess my options before D-day next week as I'll almost certainly get fired if I fail. I've 2 questions: 1. If I am let go would I be entitled to any stat redundancy payment as I've been with the firm for 2+ years...or as I'm under contract…

The answer is no I'm afraid. The course you are doing for this year is the Straddle option so you will have to do the other two CAP2's in the next academic year i.e. 2011/2012. It's just the way the course is designed.
