I got this error message "Cannot modify the header information already sent by the output at line 14".

Eh, you're going to need to post a lot more information than that. Programming language, what you're trying to do and your source code to begin with. And the actual exact error message, which almost certainly isn't what you typed.

Anytime I've seen this it's when using the "Location" redirect function in PHP. If you have printed or outputted something before you use the redirect it gives this error. Make sure there are no print statements or errors being displayed at the top of the page.
