Anyone got any tips on relieving pains and aches after training? Im doing Kung Fu and it is mostly leg work and I really feel it for a day or 2 after training.

Stretching is great. Take a few mins 3 times a day or so to just stretch out and warm up a bit (like you probably do before training). Also, make sure your diet is good. I found eating better helped with after training aches (as I was recovering faster, etc).

Proper nutrition, mobility and flexibility work are key.

The contrast showers and ice baths only really have more of a positive psychological effect...if you are that way inclined...if they 'make' you feel better that's reason enough to use them I suppose.
