anyone here with o2 mobile??? Some crowd of jokers... get a call from them saying "our system shows you're eligible for an upgrade, go online to check out our offers...." So i do. And they are absolutely tragic.... The cheapest I can get the newer (and soon to be outdated) iPhone for is €129 if I sign up to a new two year contract costing €60 odd a month. Otherwise it's up in the hundreds or euros for it.... At the end of which I'll have a 2 year old phone that I'll have paid an absolute wallop of money for in the long run, just for the "convenience" of staying with o2 rather than shopping around, arse to that.... Was thinking of changing to 3, but they're supposed to be diabolical for customer service and coverage is supposedly worse than o2 in a lot of areas.... Think I'll just stick with what I have until o2 cop the fck on to themselves and offer a half decent deal....

Watch and see how long it takes defensive Lolerpool fans to go from calling him a hero to a cunt like the rest of us! :D

I,m on 3 for the last two years and i have to say i have never had any bother with coverage for calls or internet useage. But i know what you mean about some of those so called "deals", they are laughable. Get yourself an android phone, galaxy s 3 or 4.you cant go wrong.

He is a cnut - not many Liverpool fans argued that fact, but he was our cnut so it was all good !

Galaxy s4 is similar to the iPhone price wise with o2, and (unsurprisingly) out of stock... I had Sony phones for years before changing to the iPhone, been looking at the new Sony Xperia Z, seems like a serious piece of kit, that might tempt me into changing over... Nowhere near as pricey as the others either, which is a good thing....

I decided to have a shot of Tequila every time the Channel 4 shower mentioned Frankie. I'm currently naked, covered in sick, sitting on the roof of my house. What is my name again?

I've got a Racing UK stream on. Can't stand Channel 4 and I get to watch the real racing of the day at Market Rasen. ;)

Had a few last night. Thirsty Thursday. Going to have a few more pints tonight. Summer is here.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 7,669 ✭✭✭Colonel Sanders

Few tonight. IPA or craft stout, tough choice. I've a bus journey to decide.

I'll be floored tomorrow either way. Total lightweight these days.

Might try one of those IPA's this evening. Any recommendations? I don't want anything to stiff or sharp. I'm still feeling rather ropey after the half dozen pints last night.

    I'll repost this here:

7/4 Dawn Approach with Ladbrokes for 15 mins tomorrow from 8.15. £50 max. I'll arb that so.

Hills are going 6/4 tomorrow. Any traders/arbers should hit that out, won't start that

London Pride a nice Ale (not an IPA) if you don't want hardcore hops

O'Hara's Pale Ale is top notch IMO. Punk is lovely, probably the daddy of them all but bloody expensive (especially in pubs)

If you're just going to the off licence go to a decent one, tell em what you like & don't like & get some advice!

    Going to Forbidden Fruit tomorrow!
    I love impromptu gigs :-)

No beer tonight, driving to Galway tomorrow. Won't even get to see the racing, sickener... Stupid relations having kids that require visiting, very irritating... Though ducking out of it would leave me in the bad books forever, so I'd better just take the medicine...

Had 1 pint of ipa nz voyager. Ok. There was a distinctive metallic aftertaste. Anyway, ended up reverting to Weiss bier after that but will try it again,

Were you in Against The Grain? You would've seen me if so! NZ Voyager is too hoppy for me. I was drinking buried at sea stout. Very nice
