    very nice ian

Looks a cracker. What does it weigh? Currently trying to decide whether my .25-06 ends up a .270, a .30-06 or a .300 Win Mag, and who to get to build it. Either of the first two will end up significantly lighter than the last, obviously. Looks a handy, light gun. What's the scope?

the scope is a smidth and bender 8x56 ,i'm on the look out for a 3-12 x50 s+b to change it

Not a bad weight. If I go for either the .270 or the .30-06 I'll be aiming to keep the weight to about seven or seven and a half pounds. Will kick a little mind.

Very very nice piece of work there !! Dare I ask how much that cost....? Best of luck and hope you get to christen it soon :-)

    Nice looking rifle.
That is great accuracy for the remmy soft point ammo and
    the 8x56 scope.
Get a few deer with that combination first, change scope later.
Fixed mag scopes are sometimes better, less to fuss with and you
concentrate on the shot not adjusting a scope.

If you want I can check the weight of your stock, It's all carbon fiber
    as far as I remember.

    What's the barrel length?
If you upgrade scope from the 8x56, you could concider a scope with bdc
turrets like the 3-12x50 S&B precision hunter.

Very nice setup. Particularly like the "seamless" muzzle break.

    Best of luck with her.

Nice looking rifle, make sure you have good ear protection using it! Those muzzle brakes make a big bang.
Thats a lightweight setup I guess the PSE stock makes a big difference to the overall weight. They are lovely stocks.
