I've developed a unique process that allows me to absorb protein directly thru my skin. I only have to brush against someone or something to leech all their aminos away.

Title infers it is what actually is you no.1 source, not no.1 choice if money was no object.

Mine is chicken, then beef & fish fairly equally.

Mine is Tuna, I'm going to make an effort to cut back on it though as a main protein source.
I've been eating it for years - that whole Mercury in Tuna thing cant be good and a can a day is the most ill eat from now on.

Not really, otherwise the answer could only be whey considering its bv and its percentage of protein per 100g.....

on topic, I guess mince meat and eggs atm are my main sources of protein.

Jaysus does nobody here eat beans? For me it'd have to be beans, chicken and beef(usually mince).

Dammit. I remember worrying about that once...lasted about a week...then I decided to live in blissful ignorance...knowing one day, it would come back to haunt me! Youre right though. Time to curb the smoked salmon intake once and for all. Thanks!:o

just asking, but is that a concern for anyone who is training and is generally on a low crap diet where most salt is added anyway?

I just today had the epiphany that is canned tuna steak. Two 200g cans for 4 euro (probably cheaper in other places) to get ~110g of protein nearly anywhere, anytime. Such win.

    Not here mate.
Steak for me is ribeye all the way.

    As for the question:

    Chicken
    Tuna
    Whey
    Milk
    Eggs
    Salmon
    Rib Eye Steak
    Pork Sausages

I'd definitely be happy to get all of my nutritional requirements in shake format if it was possible and good for me.

I don't not like eating, but I wouldn't miss it. A nice meal a few times a week would be cool tho.

Dislike all fish tbh. I know, I know, good for me etc. etc.

But honestly I've tried it again and again(the most recent time being a couple of months ago when my sister and ma talked me into it) and I really, REALLY just honestly dislike the taste of all fish I've tried(quite a selection).

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 890 ✭✭✭dartstothesea

Lame. Just when I thought tuna was going to make life a hundred times easier. Anyone safely consuming more than a couple of cans a week?

Try Salmon. Doesn't taste "fishy" or like any other type of fish.
