If you can identify the make, then it should be quite easy to use the asset tag to check with the support team in Ireland for that brand, who can pass on your contact info to the owner.

I would like to thank everyone for their help in solving the problem. However, the problem solved itself ... The owner of the laptop was in Australia. He returned a few days ago and remembered the laptop .... He apologized for the inconvenience, and was surprised that I was searching for him.
