    Skipping over my post yet again? So you do agree that this guard was in dereliction of duty? Doesn't matter if I want to get myself prosecuted, I didn't pull myself over. The guard makes the judgement call on what is dangerous driving, not me.

    I am quite happy however I am concerned. You seem to harbour the idea that a guard can do no wrong?
