Was watching 'freefall' on rte lastnight a was well pissed of with some of the stuff i learnt from it. The +50 billion euro in debt that nama (the irish people) is taking over was racked up by only 20 developers! Some of these clowns were paying nearly 15 million euro a acre for land in Dublin which makes it the most…

The papers were practically funded by Sherry Fitzgerald, Remax, Gunne, etc. They had free reign to print what they wanted in the property suplement, full colour, glossy, this is an investment not to be missed... no one was appointed to question it... so long as they were throwing money at the media the orgy was allowed to continue; and because it was all over the reputible state papers, the Irish public swallowed it... a grand scale 'Eircom shares' scenario... fully endorsed by the government
