    Well Pokébeach is back to normal, but Nintendo's rulings and the like leave a lot to be desired, since they really are taking the bloody mickey.

    That's why they won't allow journalists show any gameplay footage of the 3DS because it doesn't give the true 3D experience over the camera.

    Fairly silly policy anyway. Any press is good press and they know themselves people won't be put off by fan art or movies. If anything it creates more hype.
