We've all heard the jokes,seen the pictures and depictions in movies-just wondering if we have Irish versions of Rednecks roaming the land? Does anybody know of a BillyBob or Cleetus down their neck of the woods and what are your experiences meeting these strange folk?

Met a few of em one day,car engines in the garden,mongrel dogs wandering around the house,foul mouth wife with bad teeth,useless husband and idiot kids in sleeveless t-shirts sitting in a car up on blocks.Don't need to go to the States to find honest to goodness rednecks.It's also a bit worrying the amount of folk that like country music in Ireland.
