Can 2 eat well for 50 euro/week ?

Mods move this if you think its suited better in another forum.......... After looking on the net and from my own experience, I think 2 people could eat really well on 50 euro per week. I would like this thread to be ongoing with tips and suggestions etc, because things are not getting any easier (for some) out there. So…

Im heading to Tescos before friday to do a shop and will post when i do. I normally go to the section where products are reduced for clearance as the sell by date is that day or the next. I got 6 chicken breasts for 2e last week, got home, cooked them that evening and they did for that night and the day after for 2 meals.
