Apparently there's going to be face-paints too...

A lot of the girls got dressed up in the colours last year, but a good few of the guys didn't. But there was a few green/red markers going around somewhere that people eventually used on their faces or whatever.

I'll definitely use them, I have face paints so I might just bring them along anyway. First i'll make sure i'm not the only one using them though!

I'm unsure about this whole traffic light thing. Green=go for it. I'll go anyway sure. What's orange mean exactly?

I was just going to post that. Most people put in zero effort. I think I wore purple. Guys, don't get too stressed over it, nobody really takes it too seriously. It's only really another night out anyway.

I don't drink, for starters. I just think that being 18 when you go to college means that you don't have any such limitations, whether or not you're going to be drinking, and you can perhaps feel a bit more 'adult', if that's what you want.

I did TY to get a break and to get out of a yeargroup I wasn't comfortable in, but being 18 is a good bonus that some people say is good enough reason to do it.

No it's not the official freshers ball. The freshers ball is in week 2 of lectures I think. Not during freshers week anyway.
