Quick question, I'm currently on my Learner Permit since January. This new law requires new full licensed drivers to display ''R'' plates from September of this year.

I've obviously got my Learner Permit before the new rules came in at the start of this month. My question is, will I have to display R plates if I don't do my full test before September?
