Just wondering did anyone get paid this year or is it abolished? I used to get paid in march dont remember getting it this year.

They shouldn't get it for free.

In the UK the landowner sets the price and if the privately owned electricity companies don't like it they can remove their equipment or seek a hearing form the secretary of state who decides the amount for the wayleave.

In Northern Ireland, NIE, owned by the ESB, sets the following rates to include payments for single poles and stays. Worth a read.
