It was unlit (at dusk!) and was taking up the emergency lane plus part of lane one on the main carriageway. If that tractor goes through the Toll how is the toll charge registered as it has no front plate??

As only the front plate is read going through the toll and there isn't one on the Tractor, would this Tractor in fact be breaking the law by having no front number plate?, or are Tractors treated the same as motorcycles & are not required to have a front plate & as a result don't have to pay the M50 Toll & can travel for free in the same way as a motorcycle??

If they can I'm getting one
