    lol Blitz that game indeed has a LOL ending!:D that terran must be pretty disorientated seeing you have lotsa bases around lol. btw,use your mineral!make some lings and overlord! also hotkey the queens do the larva inject more!

    your three mutas play kinda remind me of one of my ZvZ game :D he has 3 mutas left and i was sweating i may lose the game lol

    also if anyone wonder why is TvZ is imba right now (at least to me), i think this TvZ replay kinda explains briefly, notice my army size and his funny hotkey(he never hotkey his army). it is just so tiring that i need to constant micro alots of stuffs but what this terran player did was just bring his army and auto attack, and i still couldnt kill him. we had battles happened quite often throughout the game so i guess it is kinda funny to watch:p look at some of his marines kill, they dont even have upgrades but rape my mutas hard.
    my TvZ usually about starving the player out after keep deny his expo and then gg. i think he is a gold/plat terran, i remember i was exhausted after this 50mins game lol no, TvZ is not funny at all right now. Checkprime i wish i have half your banelings army :(

    in one of them, he typed 'has left the game' in a message

    I just saw it, went yay victory, and didn't notice anything at all amiss when I had to bring the menu up and click surrender to exit

    I witnessed this, and exited the game on my lolerskates when Mord asked me to leave so he wouldn't have to surrender to end the game.

    this replay is just lol, was playing a FFA with a bunch of total noobs, wanted to get the Zerglot Achi.
    41 mins long so run it quite fast up until 24 mins or so. That's when i steal his probe and his race. The bastard toss quit just when my mothership was about to be built :(

    Long TvT replay here between 2 low level players (1 hour)

    My first to put up. I'm blue Shows my weaknesses. Need to make more SCVs and get better at hotkeying buildings. Also need to be more agressive.
    My opponent doesn't scout or expand so I have map control but I don't macro up quickly so am on the defensive for most of it. He nearly takes me down on 2-3 occasions (13 mins in, and 42 mins in) but doesn't feel strong enough to finish me. My cloaked banshees and mass vikings allow me to fend off his cuisers and over reliance on medivacs. I did like the fact that my raven harass on his worker line crippled his economy half way in.

    Criticisms welcome (and badly needed!)

    Just watched that and you said it yourself. More SCV's! I think you had 5 bases mining at one stage or at least 4 and your harvester count never went above 30. I aim to get 30 at my main nevermind my expansions. You could have just macro'd so heavily and just rebuilt your army over and over and steamrolled him.

    30 is too much for one base! Try for 26ish with a max of about 70 workers on 3 bases. Realistically you won't be mining out of 4 bases simultaneously.

    Thanks for taking the time guys,
    I fell for the oft mentioned panic syndrome, "need more units....." so SCVs were in the back of my head. I think having 20 at each base is sufficient. Not optimal but enough when you have 3 bases.

    The mass expansion was later when I knew I had him cornered, it was partially a way to stop any expansion form him and to spend minerals while waiting on my gad to build up.

    I think he should have tried to expand after the two main attacks. With only 2-3 units I would have been unable to respond quickly enough. Strangely the game was very concentrated on the lower part of the map......

    This is what I aim prior to my first expansion. I would usually go above 30 in fact. It's just so I can take drones off this my main instantly to go to my expo. Is this overkill do you think?

    Got proxied on metalopolis of all places, it's not the most well executed proxy by any means, I'm fairly sure it's supposed to be 1 rax 5 marine + SCV rush but hey. Held it.

    Heres one of mine from earlier. Lost badly as I'm crap :)
    .....but I managed to annoy the hell of of my opponent by flying off around the map. Managed to kill off loads of his SCVs without having a viable base intact. Pity I didn't fly a second command centre to the lower right mineral area early on. Had fully realised the effects of the base reveal, would have had more fun otherwise.

    had a couple of games vs. cheese today which were fun

    game 1:
    PVP: Proxy gates followed by a cannon push, thought I'd lost it at one point but managed to crawl back into it

    games 2:
    PVZ: 7 pool (which the guy thinks isn't cheese heh) followed by quick tech to hydras, probably shouldn't have won this one but hey :P

    Just played this 42 minute long PvT on metalopolis.

    I went for 1 gate f/e as created by kcdc. I think just about every combination of MM+* was used.

    Aye, seriously tired after that game, just played another 42 min game PvP on metal. 9 colossi + chargelot/blink stalker vs 7 colossi + gateway units + mothership carriers. The result is hilarious.

    I'm rethinking my overall strat PvT these days. If the T has a fairly even mix of MM or marauder heavy I tend to get a robo and a TC after I f/e for Chargelot/Immortal since Storm ****ing sucks, you simply don't have enough storms so you end up with a bunch of red marauders left over... and medivacs, gg. Why the HELL do terran have so much damage per space, ARRGGGHH. I need a so much bigger concave than T. It just pisses me off. Chargelot/Blink stalker for positioning is ****ing awesome if you manage to forcefield so that the MMM line can't turn to where you've blinked your stalkers then you roll up the line. If you go aoe you need colossi AND storm so transition to that when you get your third base.

    EDIT : Just rewatched it, christ I was so far behind at times in that game.

    It looked okay but I wouldn't do it against terran ever personally since marines and marauders will have a huge timing window to just attack move in :P

    That builds pretty decent vs zerg (I use a pretty similar one alot on BS, LT, Shakuras and Jungle Basin) but I'd recommend fully blocking off a little further out the natural expo then getting a core asap and chrono boosting warp gate tech so you can get stalkers/sentries as quick as possible since there's a good chance they'll try either roach or baneling bust. Usually you can get 4/5 gates up just as the tech finishes and even if they take down your forge & gate you can hold it off with stalkers/forcefields. Will post a replay if you want when I go back to college tomorrow, no replays on my home pc.

    Me and my friend were playing 2v2, my friend has only just started playing so isn't very good yet, and we were against 2 zerg players, so i figure they'll 6 pool us. They kill my ally, then i come bursting out with banelings, and pushed them down. 2v1 was lol.

    My macro fell to pieces aswell, they were serious noobs.

    /edit just watched the replay, my god they were bad, not gloating anymore.

    Few replays PvZ for grime, note that the 1 gate core f/e into 4gate 2 SG probably isn't workable on a good few maps. The high ground cannon on LT is pretty essential vs a roach bust.

    Was well happy with this game this morning.

    Protoss rushed me with cannons before I really saw it, but I liked how I defended, its pretty much the method I always use and never loose too, but just wanted to share, for any Terran players suffering cheese.

    It was a good idea to move to your natural. I think you should have sent your first 2 marines straight his base though. You could have ended it a little sooner. If he is cannon rushing you, he always has nothing at his main! I don't know why he was so determined to get an expo up. He could have been in an ok position if he didn't expand to his natural and just build some units. wp

    Nicley played. Also 5 of your scv's didnt mine till about 10 seconds after the start which would of been huge advantage for rusher. This happened to me twice on 2 player maps and both times I done what you did and then massed marines and won.
