Hi Guy's Im Stephen, What is below is a thread I had in the legal forum but I got Butchered and Belittled and told to come to this forum so I am, WHAT I AM SAYING IS ALL TRUE ITS NOT A THEORY ,BUT THERE IS NOTHING I GIVE TO PROVE IT, THE POLICE KNOW THE GAME AND KNOW HOW TO COVER THERE BUMS ,I have just paste it from that forum to this one..................... Why have I not heard anything about this new force , not in the papers ,news or forums, An Army of Undercover Police living double lives up and down the island going through the population with a fine tooth comb, working in the Irish work place with YOU , files on every citizen so criminal or not (which I am not) YOU are being assessed , its not IF your privacy is invaided but how often and to what extent. This new force trained in the The UK along with police from most of the British Commonwealth States ie Australia, South Africa , New Zealand etc ect and also police from France ,Holland and some others, and when they are trained at being sneaky gits and befriending people while assessing them cutting there throats and putting everyone in to catigerized boxes they are mixed up and sent to the partner countries, So a Garda cauld find himself working as a Bar Man, training to be a Nurse, Chef any job at all levels, any collage, in any level of the work place from senior management to the cleaner, in London ,Paris, Syidney ect ,and likewise a Cop from the UK ,France ect can and ARE working undercover in the Irish Republic at any job (Fact). Rights can be turned on and off like a tap so really we don't have any rights at all , Liberty ,we now have an observed liberty so we don't have any liberty at all.People faught and died for our rights and liberty and all that has been signed away with an arrogant swipe of a pen .These guys have a no holds barred ticket to do what they want, I have no problem with the normal every day Garda ,I'm not talking about the plain clothes Garda Lying though his teeth in court every week trying to take apart the local king Pin to take him off our streets and I'm not talking about the Garda with the speed gun out car window I'v no problem with him I like the GAA as much as the next man but this is something very different. Innocent until proven guily is gone ,it should be there to give MAXIMUM protection to the Innocent man, the one in a thousand that is telling the truth, this new Police State of ours can be a very black dark and cold scary place for a law abider that Secret Police believe to be otherwize, you wont get a job or order a pizza if they don't want you to , you could buy a burger and spend two days on the toilet with a Garda happy meal ,you wont go to the A and E in THE HOSPITAL with out going through them ,there are no crash barrier no fail safes and the fact of the matter is these people are not qualified to have that kind of power.If you are of interest to them ie they THINK your friend is a bad guy or family member is a bad guy depending on how bad the THINK he MIGHT be they will take drugs with you they will SELL you drugs they will SLEEP with you, fact.. I know of one law abider has been stalked ,haressed and bullied to with in an inch of his life ,after years of this he went for Legal advice and the Police new where his apointment was and when the lad went the Solicitors office the Solicitor just read the script the Police told him to read and they were parked outside the Solicitors office beeping and sounding there syons at him as he walked out. The road to hell is paved with good intentions. somethings got to change, Every thing I have said is fact ,I wont and can't give any evidence but everything I have said is 100% true ,I have said all I'm going to so take it or leave it. PS the next time a TD ask you for your Vote ask him for your Civil Liberty to be restored. And remember tell all your friends.

Wake up there is nothing really that I can say only that I know 100% everything I have said to be true,You wont find anything on the Net ,the only thing I have seen in the news about any of this about Scotland Yard trained Irish Poilce taking drugs with Criminals was about four or five years back the operations were called Dandeline and Phosle but very quickly all that info stopped.

The Police know what I'm doing and they are trying to Belittle and discredit me in the Legal forum and probably this one also , I am being harassed off line as well as on for speaking out. All I can say is why would I make this up ,what would I have to gain?. Thanks guys God bless and TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW.

If you can get a hold of a video cam you could record them harrassing you if you got lucky.Then post it on youtube or something.

Seriously, this is just silly. If you have proof, you can tell everyone, expose the conspiracy, get famous and put and end to it. It's simple to do. Right now, it just looks like you've a grudge against the gardai and are making stuff up to make them look bad. There's little reason to think otherwise.

They have put mammoth resources and man hours in to this nation wide operation and they will do ANYTHING to stay in the shadows and make you think this isn't going on ,everything I have said is true but the one part I want people to take from this is the first post ,please believe me start telling your friends start talking about it ,
I have said they are operating on every level ,well this is the largest online community in Ireland so you can be sure they are monitoring what's going on and being talked about on the forum and have accses to email addresses and so on.
They have turned my life upside down and the first domino was a member of a criminal gang comming over to the table I was sat at to say hello to one of the guys I was in the bar with, I had no criminal record never had been in any trouble and had a great job ,if this could happen to me it could happen to anyone, so be awair and tell all you know that the Secret Police have a file on them and they are and will be filling those files, and anything from being young and spending a large amount of money in say off the top of my head PC World or anywhere could be reason for them to be checking you out again, at work out socializing out shoping your comming in to regular contact with these people , so tell all you know.

Even if you were to entertain this notion that there are thousands of them, then it would have to mean that there is a sizeable amount of people who lie to their friends and family everyday about what they do.

You claim that it is well known in the Garda circles, so that increases the number of people in on this conspiracy to over 12,000. Pretty much everyone in Ireland has a friend or family in the Gardaí. Don't you think someone (apart from an anonymous internet user) would have let it slip Do you honestly think anyone would believe such a ludicrous claim?

You can spout all the claims you want, but without evidence, you might as well be claiming that our leaders are shapeshifting alien reptiles.

Lets say you are telling the truth, Im not saying you are telling lies or anything but we have to take what your saying at face value because we cant verify it for ourselves, why did they target you initially? Is it because you starting speaking out about it? how did the first lets say "encounter" take place between you and whoever what steps where involved?

I can't go into it all with out telling MY story ,and I'm not quite ready to do that just yet, I would love to but it could hurt more then the Police and could also help some other people, Everything I have said is all 100% and have learned most of it myself over the last four plus years, the only info I have got 2nd hand is that there was a new secret Garda wing in the land made up mostly of young people , a competely new force with competely new rules and had files on EVERYONE, and that tallied right in with what I had been learning and it mostly wasn't news to me, trust me I miss very little and this is all fact..

You mentioned Operations Fossil & Marigold.. is it that you think the Garda units tasked with drug law enforcement are being trained by Scotland Yard?.. they've been known to use some methods in those operations which some people might see as questionable. such as repeatedly buying drugs from dealers in order to gain information..

What makes you think Scotland Yard are involved though, and why would it matter if they were being trained by foreign police forces to deal with a problem in Ireland?

I was in Budapest a little over a year ago, on my own, I got mugged (my own fault), a passer by saw what had happened and took me into a pub.

A man from the kitchen spoke some english, police were called and I was taken to the hospital, both detectives spoke english, the male detective while in the hospital asked me where I was from, I said Dublin, what part he asked, I said finglas, "Your a scumbag" he said to me, I asked what he was talking about and he said he knew Finglas, "all scumbags", I asked how he knew finglas and he said he worked with the Garda in Dublin.

I said ok enough of this crap, I have a flight to catch, my face will heal by itself, I had a flight to catch a few hours later, he told me that he will get me to the airport but first I had to go to the police station and make a statement, I said there was no need I'm more concerned about catching my flight.

He asked what was stolen, I told him money, my phone and a satnav, what colour was the phone he asked, I told him, "Your a liar" he said, that phone doesnt come in that colour, I asked had he got the internet there and I can show him the phone in "THAT" colour, but no internet in Budapest police stations.

I was in no way coccky or abusive, my flight was for 9am, they kept me there for an interpretor I didn't need or want, both had perfect english and it was pointless giving a statement as the culprits were long gone.

At 7am the detective said, you can go now!, I said any chance of that lift you promised and he said "Sorry not my problem", I asked where was the airport and he said maybe 40km that way?, I asked what his problem was with me and why they didn't release me earlier so I could make my flight, he said again you are a "Finglas Scumbag", I asked him to check my criminal history, or if he knew something I didn't, he said no, "but everybody in Finglas is a scumbag!", his words to a victim of crime.

I know this is offtopic a little but a detective in Budapest Hungary knew an awful lot about general crime in Dublin, names of criminals and was able to give general descriptions of individuals, most of this was in the hospital where he had no access to a computer, so the story above (OP) shouldn't be dismissed out of hand.

He even tried to get some info from me about certain people who live in my area, this was after calling me a scumbag.

These forums are monitored, and all our emails and passwords are known, I know this because I wanted to test my security, I used one laptop as the victim and another as the attacker on my network, then I was surprised how easy I could access anything on the victim laptop, including a live feed from my webcam that shouldn't have been on, beaming out to cyberspace somewhere.

In 2002 I was looking into 9/11 etc a bit, and my computer was getting lifted out of it with virus's, everyday, I got a program that showed where the attacks were coming from, it originated in Fort Worth, Texas, on to Washington DC and then straight to me in Dublin.

Anyway back on topic, OP I believe you, millions wouldn't, and I understand your fears of reprecussions from letting whatever you know out in the open.

I was drunk in Budapest on my own on the metro, decided I would like to buy some marijuana, saw 2 guys that looked like they could find me some and I asked, only one spoke a little english, they obliged to help me, a while later I'm with the two of them in an eastern european flat complex, here's the dealer I was told, I looked round and flash/bang I was on the deck, money phone and satnav gone, looked like the elephant man after meeting mike tyson.

Then when the detective asked what was I doing there I told him the truth as you do.
Not all people in Finglas are scumbags, but I guess he thought stupid pot smoking ones were:D, it was an experience.

To be fair here uprising you admitted to the cop you went with some complete strangers to a strange flats complex to buy illegal drugs. So his treatment of you while still unfair makes much more sense now. Not quite the way you told it initially.

Also, I'm getting to the stage of thinking well ... fukc it, if anybody in the SIS anywhere's interested in our opinions I'm under no illusion they know who we are too. Speaking for myself now, having no big insider secrets anyway I'm just a small fish flying beside the Borg Cube.

But I do feel it's a false sense of security that we can hide our identity on these forums, from the big boys, that is. Perfectly understandable having to hide from some lone whack-job who might hold a grudge against ya for your opinions, ect ... but if I did ever come across something that I was being harassed for, I'd be sure to try and let as many people know that I could.

If I were to tell it in detail you'd think WTF?, but thats just me, the adventurist, going to 2 eastern european countries again maybe next week and then in a month, on my own again:D, better on your own, nobody to worry about you, went missing in thailand for a few weeks, my family thought i was dead, I was partying, life is short, and it doesn't matter what you do from birth to death, when your number come's up its up, nothing you can do to change it, my time will come but I won't sit here worrying about it. People told me to write a book on my life, but it wouldn't be believed.

There is a myth of security and privacy on the internet, I say things here that I know is being watched and they know who I am, but fukk them, I don't have worry lines on my face, I stopped caring a long time ago, I just say "God send your angels to protect me", thats my security sorted, who God bless nobody can harm, call me foolish, but truth should always come before fear. I'm not saying people should take this approach cause most will be harmed or killed, but too many people worry about what if's.

Yeah, living in 'The World's of If' is a living death. Reaching the stage where I seriously don't give a fukc either. I'm sure a secret police was formed long ago - in the light of Europe's involvement with affairs here, it would be nieve to think the cops would not need to step up to the plate with the rest of the security forces abroad.

The Church's role in that regard is rapidly becoming obsolete, and with the advent of the internet, it's probably the first time in history where so much freely-given information is available; about our opinions, and 'how' we think and what we believe - an entire profile on an individual can be easily created and stored.

And if they ever do need a roundup of 'undesirables', then internet forums like these are great intel - a good way for them to create profiles, while at the same time giving people the idea they're anonymous and their identity is protected. In many ways the internet would have been Hitler's wet dream.

I've heard that many times before, that computes, mobile phones, etc can be used like that - the microphone, camera works even if switched off - but I know feck all when it really comes down to it, as regards what software might be available to hack into your computer and read files, etc. Is there such a thing for 'ordinary' people too?

it used to be a very simple matter of sending remote commnds to turn on webcams and such.
it is harder now, but still very possible, as for ordinary folk, well yes iwth a bit of knowledge on basic hacking.

Backtrack4, can run off a live cd, just boot from cd/dvd drive first, "The quieter you are, the more you hear"

Just another thing to add, always turn off bluetooth on your mobile, it's an easy gateway, with above mentioned software and a bluetooth dongle the entire contents of your phone can be obtained in seconds literally, calls can be made etc, and much more with your phone looking like it's on standby.

And thats just the sh1t any joesoap can do, more advanced techniques and equipment can clone your phone, read data on your creditcard in your pocket, what we now know has been available 10 years or more.

Can you elaborate on this device that can read your credit card in your pocket... very interested as i deal with security as a job....

Well what I should have said was the device reads the magnetic data strip on cards(black line on back for those that don't know), I know it's all chip and pin now with an extra chip inside, that I don't know about.

But a guy (chinese) I became friends with before in a foreign land had a device that he handheld, he claimed it could read magnetic strips remotely from a few feet, I didn't believe him, so I asked him could I test him, he had a few cards and was pointing it at them press a button and a green light came on it, and a number of 01111110001101 came up, a different one for each card, I still thought he was conning me, so I said give me the cards, 4 of them, and I placed 3 behind the bar and walked up to him, he did his thing and said which card it was, he was right!, I went back to get another card and try that, but I kept the same card and went back over, did his thing and said same card, I thought the bar girl was putting him wide so I got her to stand with him and went back behind the bar and changed it, got another, he was right again, this happened 4 times more, right each time.

I was baffled, then I remembered I had a boarding pass in my hotel room with a magnetic strip, I asked could it do that he said yes, I went and got it, he did his thing knowing it was the boarding pass in my pocket, then a further 4 or 5 times he told me which card, including the boarding card 3 times.

It was a small black box with an lcd disply, a button, a light, and some sort of connection similar to mini usb, but different, for inserting a lead.

Either he was spoofing me and a good guesser, reading my mind or this thing worked, because not once did he get it wrong.

Thats all I know about it.

I don't know what this fella worked at, but I was amazed, actually I had to buy him a beer for each one.

I know there are very good conmen out there, and I've tried umpteen times to figure out how he could have conned me and I can't think of one way, I was checking his ears for earphones.

I believe it really worked.

Sorry if I misled with the credit card, but there was no chip and pin at the time (I think).

Just to add each time it was in a side pocket of my shorts, light material, dont know about heavy overcoat, thick wallet etc.
EDIT: Each time the black strip was pointing away from my body, pockets weren't see through.

They took you off the streets till you sobered up until they were sure you wouldn't do any further harm to yourself, and now you want them to act as a personal taxi service.

I had a rather interestin brush with the law over here recently, I should be able to tell ye all about it in 3-4 Weeks when its all settled up, but the gist is they were huntin for me in relation to a trafic incident, however I have a rather Irish first name with a traditional Irish spelling, Naturally they used the anglicised version, which didnt show up in their system, next thing ya know I'm being hauled off and detained as an Illegal, I dont carry any form of ID so it took a few hours for my Solicitor to find my Passport and clarify their stupidity.
