Get rid of Tatical Insersion?

Was playing FFA yesterday, and almost every game was ruined by nuke boosters. I was thinking, is it worth having tatical insersion? Very few people use it other than nuke boosters. Should infinity ward get rid of it?

Long time since I've played MW2, but I used it to great effect when protecting a bomb: would spawn at the same spot every time, and jumping out and killing people with meh full auto weapon.

Never used TI myself and always tought of a couple of handy kills when i found one but didnt know all this boosting sh*t was going on..
