    Well,

The clock is Simi Clock Widget
    The weather is Beautiful Widgets
The WiFi/Brightness/Sound widget is Extended Controls
    The SMS/Calls notification is MissedIt!
The Text icons on the dock bar were made with Simple Text app. Thanks to lewis for the heads up on that one!!!

It's all very simple. I don't like a lot of clutter.

Beautiful Widgets, Extended Contorls and MissedIt! are all paid apps but they are all very cheap. Beautiful widgets was €1.99, Extended Controls €0.79 and MissedIt! €0.68

Thanks a mill, gonna try something similar to yours, i like the no clutter look!!

Actually, are you using Go Launcher or something similar? How do you get rid of the dock at the bottom?

    Yep. Go launcher.
There is a setting you can change in the GO Launcher settings to change the dock to a transparent dock

That advanced task killer is a balls. Better off leaving the phone sort out the apps itself

+1, don't use task killers, they only fcuk up and most likely what you kill will start again instantly costing you battery life and cpu power not saving it

    +1

The OS is well able to handle apps and poop, when it needs to do poop, lol

So it really isnt a good idea to use one, just thought things got sluggish with lots open and use the task killer to end them, point taken though, is there any memory free-er you reccomend, there was a simple one included with the samsung official froyo update, but not in the custom ROM,

    Cheers

Memory(As in RAM) doesnt behave the same on Android/Linux as it does on windows. Used RAM doesnt matter as itll be freed up if needed. If its getting sluggish with lots open its more likely one of the Apps is CPU hungry or a bit faulty so killing this frees up the CPU.

Hey Cyrus, what calendar widget is that, nice and clean. Afraid I haven't managed to get missed it to list vertically either

P.S. Have spent a lot of the weekend looking at photos of your fab Portuguese by the way

  • Registered Users Posts: 31,817 ✭✭✭✭Mars Bar

I'm gonna take a guess that the calender widget is Jorte which is the one I'm using too. I love it. It took me weeks to find one I really liked and am extremely happy with it.
