I tried heading up to that spot today but only managed a couple of kills (I'm useless with sniper rifles).

Shooting the gas tank myself and leaving the blast shield on whilst I sniped helped me survive a little but the other team kept getting predators and sent them straight there.

Get one of your teammates to shoot the tank when you're up there and the blast wont hurt you, only hurts if you do it or the enemy does.

I can never get up there, I always fall off the scaffold at the beginning, tried it a few times in private games and I cant even make it to the first part lol

i love that spot.... not for me to be up there , but i love watching people either fail to reach first jump spot, get milled as they run across or my personal favorite (i have been watching from the other building) sticking a javelin up there and BOOM bye bye .... never stop laughing.....

I love watching people try to make the jump to the scaffold, shooting them once to get a hitmarker then getting an assisted suicide as they plummet off the side i got a predator by plonking myself up by the helipad and watching 2 guys from the other team fail and fail and fail to make it lulz

I'm amazed at how many people fail that jump. Like it is difficult to get first time but feck off into a private match and get the technique down and its easy once you do it once

I imagine if you are going up there, you'd be best having Cold Blooded on, to try to save against Predators etc. That and constant moving around.

Heres a tip

Easy c4 challenge completion

Get up there, stay on the left side and go prone, with OMA equipped, just lob c4's onto the ground below and you should win the match.

No-one ever knows where you are

While strictly speaking a valid tactic, i reckon it violates the spirit of the game...............discuss, or not, i dont care.

played it last night and got up to the spot first time trying was shocked, when i got there some lad was already up there and had a tactical insertion on the ground killed him and destroyed his tactical insertion but he must have been p1ssed cos he launched a noob up straight away:( overated spot imo:)

The game is played to be won. and anyone stupid enough to die anymore than 3 times in that spot deserves it imo. I know what your saying but I just do this for the c4 challange - easy xp for 1 game.

Out of interest, are you just looking at the ground and blowing the C4 up when anyone runs past? What are the chances of someone spotting you?

tried the run in my own private lobby last nite - seemed straightforward enough..

Maybe when there's gunfire everywhere I mightn't be so composed, but looking forward to my first attempt up there later and see how I fare

It's not so much the jump for me, but people who sit in the opposite house sniping, and who turn their focus to you as you turn the corners on the walkway and across the middle section. Although it's fun free, and usually multiple, free kills if you're the one shooting them.
