    Wednesday:

    Breakfast: bowl of porridge w/little milk and maple syrup, coffee
    Snack: orange apple
    Lunch: 3 boiled eggs, lettuce, beetroot, cherri tomatos, salad cream and cheese salad.
    Dinner: Chicken casserole and 2 small scoops of spud
    Snack: 2 crumpits w/butter, dry rice cake

    Workout:
    Cycling: 7 mins at 100rpm, level 5
    Squat: 3x8 70kg, 1x8 90kg
    Bench: 4x8 50kg
    Biceps curl: 4x8 10kg
    Overhead press: 4x8 20kg
    Dead lift: 2x8 80kg, 2x8 100kg
    Clam: 4x8 15kg
    Ab crunch: 4x8 60kg
