    hey,been looking at this product lately to see if increse weight loss and definition,

    has anyone else used it?im a bit apprehensive about it and wonder if anyone could shed any light on this product or suggest a good safe alternative?

    What's your diet like? Can you list out a typical day in detail?

    Also what are you doing exercise-wise? For how long have you been on this program?

    I always think it's better to follow this route before looking at supplements or potions.

    Taking these at the moment and find them great, not as hungry, losing weight and there is an increase in my definition...... they gotta be the best out there on the market, bit pricey though but in my opinion they are worth it. Healthy diet and exercise is beneficial while taking these.
