On going battle with Clarkson and the BBC, CLarkson slowly losing as he bends to BBC protocol, and the more he bends the more fans he loses.

Well rumor goes that they whant to finish of, as the show is still on high roll. I thing hamond decided to stay thought.

Thing is, top gear has zero value if you are watching it seriuosly. I love top gear even if they are useless car reveiwers....they are just fun to watch. Allways a good crack involving good few cars. Thought one of the moust favirite things about top gear is the track. Cars tested around it by ( prety much) same person. So its quite accurate.

5th gear is as annoying as anything. If Top Gear decided in the morning to start reviewing the Octavia, or the new 1.2 Golf, I'd officially give up on life. It's the escapism that makes it work so well as a concept and as a show.

I loved the Reliant feature, not sure I belived a single fact though. Great to see Phil Oakey out with the dog being so helpful. Little else to do these days really.

That Peter Jones is a very fast driver for a big man.

Pretty good episode over all. Big props to Clarkson for the Reliant crashes, May's volcano run was pretty cool as well I felt Hammond spot was pretty dull.

I loved the volcano stuff and the reliant Robin stuff, the garden party was quite good as well, mostly when "Angelina Jolie" turned up.

although Hammond also ruined that with the Louis Spence stuff.

A stronger opener than expected as usually the Summer series is total crap.

the reasonably priced car bit was crap, an exact copy of when they got the last one.

The Reliant bit was brilliant, haven't laughed so hard in ages. That will never cease to be funny :D:D
