Hi peeps just wondering does anyone else have the same problem as me, when you are using specific training equipment you feel a lot of Bone friction. Their is 1 chest machine i use but not any more because i feel the bones around my shoulder area cracking each time i use it. drives me insane...
Just wondering does anyone else have any similar problem or phobia??

I get a left hip crack on the leg lift weight machine. Fcukin annoying... Tried a lighter weight and the same thing happens. Think it's something to do with lactic acid but i want it to stop!!

Machines force your movement into a fixed range of motion, one motion which will obviously not be a natural one given each users different size and shape.

If at all possible i would reccomend you try free weights, see if you still have the same problem. The only machine i need in a gym is the vending one.

It is probably happening because most machines operate on a fixed plane of motion, and it forces your joints into unnatural positions

Or how about listen to the words of the previous posters?

    There's sound advice there.
