    Vitamin C rich, freshly squeezed orange juice I'd say would just be a touch better that 7-fcuking-up.

    7 up is recommended for diabetics when they are sick and not eating. It helps stop the blood sugars from dropping. Also for children or adults with vomiting and/or diarrohea. The diet version is no good for these purposes though. YES, it is widely used when you're sick.
