Nothing to be proud of, but speaking from the POV of a chronic binger like myself. If you're out getting plastered, no recollection of getting home, and you wake up with the room spinning and your mouth like a cement mixer - there is no f**king cure for it. You can have the comforts of junk food, ice cold cider, more junk food, but you're looking at 2 days or more until all the symptoms are gone.
So for the "dirty fry up and a run and you're 100%!". That's not a hangover.

teaspoon of honey to replace lost conengers and relieve the headache

anything with ginger in it, like ginger biscuits for the churning stomach sick feeling

    add the water and paracetamol

go back to bed and have a kip

I don't even get headaches when hungover. It's just an all over feeling of being close to death. Must be how an 80 year old man dying of pneumonia feels. So I never take paracetemol. I have taken aspirin a few times because I have become delirious and convinced I'm having a stroke or heart attack.

On some ocassions I've drink a bottle of whiskey, handful of shots and a few beers and gotten up with nothing more than a dire need for a shite.

Not saying that to brag, I'm sure it's not uncommon, but I do get fucked up with no fear of a hangover.

Some RU 21 while drinking the previous night and if hitting shots hard a few tramadol when get home. Then your body needs at least 4 hours sleep to half function in work the next day .

This is the closest I have heard to a decent cure. If only you could get either in the shop at the corner.

So what if you only slept for 2 hours and then had to go to work? Surely you'd feel awful? Or do you have some kind of instant comedown off booze? I envy you.

I had a pub crawl last night (12 pubs of Xmas), I was up for 7 (have to be in work at 8).

I was still drunk, bowels felt like they'd blow but I was sober by 11 and feel perfectly fine now.

I have a fatty liver, I should be (and on the whole I am) cutting down. It's probably caused by a bad diet more than drink though.

Loads of people seem to think a fry does the job... they just don't do it for me at all!

It's the fry and lots of water/liquids.

All the liquid in the alcohol you drank has washed the salts out of your body (you sweated and pissed them out.) Sausages and rashers have lots of salt in them. The salt is needed to reabsorb liquids properly and while the salt in rashers isn't perfect for it, it does the job. Lucozade sport would do the liquids and salts things in one go (isotonic drink.) I'm sure a few hypertonic drinks could do it better, but I don't know where you'd find properly balanced ones of those outside specialist shops (and I don't mean Red Bull here.)

Edit: Something with glucose in it would be good as well. I don't know if Lucozade Sport has that.

Sausage rolls and a cup of tea, followed by a bottle of lucozade sport (not regular lucozade). In fact, if getting to the shop to get the sausage rolls is a struggle, having a cup of tea before leaving always provides the fuel to get there and back. Man, I love tea.

Tea: Doesn't solve any of life's problems, but its always a good start.

Drink a load of water, wait a minute, then 2 fingers right to the back of throat, after 5/10 mins, repeat up to 3 times. Then some asprin, some food and sleep.

Warning: side-effects may include some involuntary prayer... Ooo gud, genuflecting at the porcelain throne and speaking in foreign tongues. Some instances of ectoplasm has also been reported.
