    Hi guys.

Was wondering is it illegal here in ireland to have a blank fire'rin gun without somekind of license? -

And next question, handheld guns (Pellet-gun/Air-gun)
Is it illegal to have without license as well?
And if not, is there any shops in dublin (Co.)
    Thanks

You cannot own/possess/carry/use any blank firing gun without written authorisation from the local Super intendent.

With regards to airsoft/pellet guns. Have a read of the SI's in the Act. 2009. section 40. Located here.

Also try the Airsoft forum. Not being ignorant, but they may have more advice and up to date info on the matter.

    Hope this helps.

Depends on what you mean by pellet guns or airguns. I presume you mean pistols when you refer to handheld.

Anything over 1 joule of muzzle energy is considered a firearm here and requires a licence. So that means that airsoft (as ezridax referred to) do not need a licence, but anything else does.
