New Garden - what to do?

Ok folks, Managed to take photos of the front and back gardens. Just wanted peoples opinions on whether I should put down more grass seed, fertilise, leave it alone, etc. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Wish I could say the same, very very patchy. I fear not watering for a few days may have caused this.

Mine is looking greener, although still patchy in parts. My father in law is coming up tonight with the ride on to cut it. Says it needs a cut and then roll it and it should come on. Fingers crossed.

Oh and Im going around pulling the weeds out of mine by hand.

for first cut has lawnmower to be set to very highest setting? there are 8 settings
