    What does that mean exactly?

St Austell’s Proper Job IPA. And a proper job it is too. Nicely crisp & clean almost like a lager but with lots a hoppy goodness.

    Really enjoyed it

    What does that mean exactly?

It's brewed on an industrial level in a heiniken brewery and they use the name of Affligem Abbey Brewery despite not using the Abbey's recipe or even being in the same town as the abbey.

Funnily enough, the Abbey still brews a beer but it's not for sale, they use it as the table beer for the monks.

Sweetwater is decent brewery nice, I like the 420 plae, I can't say I ever tasted anything buttery from it but it could just be a case of it sitting in the line too long and and too much Pediococcus bacteria forming or it might have been too much Diacetyl from brewing. Sounds like bad luck either way.

Protip, they sell TONS of it from TGI Fridays in ATL Airport from my experience, thats where I had my first one and I quiet liked it.
If you can find their range of "Dank Tank" beers, they are pretty decent, I like the "Mean Joe Bean" which is a porter. Their Pumpkin Porter is nice too.
I loved their American Wild Ale.

It was in a hotel and I reckon it had been there a while to be honest. I will look out for the others.

SV Ruthless Rye - wasnt expecting too much after posts on here but i was happy, nice citrus taste with a strong finish. Finally getting to ATG tomorrow, do they sell bottles for take away?

In the Black Sheep I was told that they don't plan on doing take away prices but may be different now/in ATG. The Brew Dock manager said he's putting Ruthless Rye on draft once their SN Celebration runs out.

@irish_goat managed to pop into ATG today, they dont sell bottles for take away so i forced myself to have my first draught tasting of Sierra Nevada, also managed to pick up a Goose Island Harvest Ale & SV Celebration Ale in Whelans

Redhook Long Hammer IPA - Quite citrusy and not as hoppy as I was expecting but a nice beer all the same.

Hey where did you pick this up?

Goose Island Harvest Ale - bit blander than the regular IPA and slightly lacking in hoppiness, wasnt overly impressed

Having a Dungarvan Helvick Gold, I remember not being overly keen on this but this bottle is going down a treat! A lovely hoppy bite to it.

On a side note its got very good head retention.

Drinking the local beer while in Atlanta.

Nice enough with a slight buttery taste and no real hop kick.

Been drinking this on draught and will now tell anyone that it's a great beer as a draught. Tasty tangy and slightly hoppy.
