    Is this the first step in commercializing Boards to become a pointless site like facebook, where marketing becomes more important then the original purpose of the site?

    I think its a pointless addition, especially considering that 90% of users dont enter their details truthfully so the compatability ratings are largely worthless. Naked capitalism to me.

    Yep. Just last week I heard After Hours is getting a "Yore Ma" application, where we all upload photos of our Mas and rate how hot they are.
    Atari are going to be sponsoring it.
