I am never gonna meet anyone :( This is getting ridiculous at this stage. I don't know if it's just Ireland or if I'm just very unlucky but all I want is to meet someone and date and see what happens. Is it so much to ask..Now the last two girls I was seeing have just gotton into relationships with other people.

Today was the first day I didn't drink in over a week. I honestly don't know what to do with myself now :p

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

Bikram yoga! It's really relaxing and a workout all in one.

I was thinking of doing yoga or tai chi classes in the new year

    Would you reccomend either?

I would definitely recommend Bikram Yoga, the heat of the room means you don't be in bits the next day from all the stretching. I'm starting Tai Chi myself at the end of the month actually, I'm looking forward to it even though I am not a particularly graceful person.

Absolutely loving ashtanga yoga at the moment - taking classes at The Elbowroom in Stoneybatter. It's been very good for my back injury and general flexibility and strength.

Be careful with ashtanga, it's a form of yoga specifically designed for young boys. My sister is a yoga teacher and did it for years till she found out, it's actually damaging to adults and not really suitable for females in the first place.

Think I'll try out basic yoga first

Even seeing that can't ruin my night, which I've spent reading threads about sexual and gender identity on another forum I'm on that have been super positive and supportive with no-one giving a **** or having a single care that some mouth-breathing moron will come in and ruin it. :D

Didnt know where to post this but maybe here is a good place after the above posts on wbw.
Ive always loved this statue. My understanding of her is that she represents the divine feminine and is the Goddess of Compassion. Here she is represented with one foot on the ground to show that her form of Compassion is active not passive. I have a statue of her and have always loved her energy.
Today I found this article which warmed me towards her even more.
Have a read and see what you think.

Kwan Yin: The Original Gender Outlaw
The Buddhist bodhisattva Kwan Yin embodies the Divine Feminine. She is the Goddess of Compassion -- her very name means "She Who Hears the Cries of the World." Beyond this characteristic, however, Kwan Yin is a much more complex being.

Had a bit too much myself but had a great night! Was chatting to a gorgeous girl who ended up being straight, and was close to kissing another gorgeous girl who it turns out has a girlfriend. I am just so unlucky :( Still had a great night though!

As Mango said before, It's Womyn Born Womyn. One example is the Michigan Womans festival, which is mostly Art, Music, Literature and so on. There policy is women only. The catch with that is, they will allow Trans Men (as they were born female), but not Trans Women. Their reason, they don't want male energy. It's ironic that they dismiss Trans Womens identity, but in the same breath they dismiss the identity of Trans Men also.

    Hey peeps!

Belated Happy New Year to ye all! Wasn't on here last week (do 99% of my Boards-ing while I'm at work and only got back today!) so I am saying it now!

So how we all holding up with our New Years Resolutions? My plan to save money and live healthier is going quite well I must gloat! Haven't touched a drop of liquor since New Years Eve, Only had 2 cigarettes (Currently reading the Allen Carr Easyway to Quit Smoking book), and my healthy eating kick is going fantastically well, and to be honest, I am feeling better, working better and sleeping better than I have in months! Wallet is that little bit heavier too in spite of treating myself to new gear to wear to the gym and doing the most massive food shop I have ever done!

Despite my strongest urges not to like it, I really like Taylor Swift's new song.
