I have just come back from water aerobics and after giving it socks for 45 mins my activity converter says I earned 5 & 1/2 points for high intensity exercise.

Seems like a lot of extra points... Any thoughts?

Hmm, sounds about right, but make sure you're adjusting it for your weight correctly. It's easy to forget to adjust week to week, as you lose a few pounds. EG: I am 10st 8 and an hour for me of medium exercise is 3 points. A few weeks ago, I was 7lbs heavier and I got slightly more activity points for the same period and intensity.

Also, remember that you aren't encouraged to eat any more than 12 activity points. I try not to use any of mine but it's good to have them there if I really want a glass of wine or a biscuit.
