    Actually I could be joining you in that one legged race if my auld womans knee doesn't soon fix itself :rolleyes:

    Brief update:

    Had the right hip replaced on May 2nd.

    Back home now, hopping around on crutches. Hip pain gone but leg feels like its had the worst deadener known to man!!!

    Back with quack in June so on the crutches till then.

    Future prospects? Who knows!!

    Keep on trucking you good folks.....

    He's BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Went out for a walk/run session on Tuesday. 3.5K in 30 mins. A bit stiff and breathless, but then I always was!!!
