I didn't think this forum would effectively allow someone to run a business from here. Im surprized actually that this joker's thread has not been closed a long time ago but moderators nowhere to be seen. Considering someone got telling off and post edited while back for posting a link to OLBG with there referal code (so they get a whole £1 to themselves)....yet this...well its still going!

I've read this thread on and off and from what I gather:

Poster starts a 'My Tips' thread. For a month posts some decent tips and makes a good profit overall.

For the second month, tells everyone about this 'syndicate', gets people to pay a monthly fee for the pleasure of using his tips which are given from his 'dog/horse/football man', People sign up for what I would class as an extortionate amount of money (based on the calculations done by posters throughout the thread) and the profit for the second month go tits up, leaving the members that have signed up out of pocket.

Hmmmm....
