    I think you should sell your 737 and buy about 50 DM's, at least thats how I started.

    Read the guide in the FAQ. There is plenty of good advice on the most effective way of getting started. Sell what you have and buy the Dassault Mercures.

    Sell the Boeing 737 and get as many Dassault Mercures as you can, also buy catering as it will give you some extra money, build up to around 100 Mercures and then start using the Mercure earned money to start buying B767's or DC10's. Hedge your fuel aggressively and never pay more than $400 per 1000lbs. Get it on your iphone and keep them flying all the time.

    My fleet at present is:

    13 X B737-800, Had 15 gradually replacing with A321, 130 pax is not enough.

    30 X A321-200, Replacing 737's and Mercures targeted themselves to be replaced by A380's within 100 days.

    130 X B767-200ER, These are my cash cow's for buying A380's eventually to be replaced by A380's on longer routes as they only go up t12,200kms.

    25 X Il-86, PAX points earner will replace with A380 on shorter routes once I get 100 A380's.

    102 X Dassault Mercure, I will remove about 50% of them for long haul A321 and use the other 50% for short haul A321 ops. I had 120 of these at their peak.

    17 X A380-900, running on 19,500kms+ ultra long haul routes earning around 8m a day but running at a huge loss as each A390 takes nearly two months to just pay for itself. I'm earning around 500m a day and adding around 8 new A380-900's a week.

    Fleet;

    x72 A380-800s

    waiting on cheap fuel to send them off again. Midnight?

    A380-900s take 875 passengers as opposed to the A380-800 load of 644, for nearly double the price

    Midnight AM time, which is 11pm here

    Have a look at the guides on the site. There is a fixed monthly cycle (google the graph). Fuel is $50 on the 25th at 11pm Irish time. From time to time there is also random really cheap fuel - I believe there was a $5 or $10 price last week for example.
