    Charity Shop pick ups today:
    NewPSOnegames.jpg
    Closer up:
    Grandia-PSOne.jpg
All for the handsome price of €1 each, a far cry from the €44.99 price tag on that Driver game. Retro mentioned in another thread that Grandia is a little valuable but I'm happy enough to keep it and eventually play it. I also picked up Final Fantasy 8, Time Crisis and Destruction Derby 2 but left them in work so no picture.

The following is not retro related, it's not even a videogame but whatever I feel like posting it anyway cause it is new and I did pick it up yesterday :) :

Word of warning with that - Only put one game on at a time.....or else you lose your save :pac: (I found out the hard way)

I really want to play Grandia again. It was such a great feel good RPG with probably the best battle system ever.

Have you got a copy of it?

Yes I do. Just can't justify the time investment with so many other games in my collection that are unplayed.

Ape escape was a favorite of mine back in the day, one of the few games I've 100%ed.

Happy days, I'm an Amiga fan myself and have a couple of CD32's.

Looks like you got an early model CD32 there (Commodore name molded rather than printed on the top).

Does the cd lid stay open for you?

    .

Yep. Clunks shut nicely. The window is a little busted on it though.

did any of the Pinball Dreams/Fantasies/Illusions games get released for it? I loved those games on the Amiga.

    Yep. With extra colours.

Tried Pinball Fantasies on it last night. The ball got stuck and no amount of tilting would free it!

I sure hate when my ball gets stuck, jiggle this way, tilt that way, no dice....
And that's why I don't shop for underwear in Pennys anymore!!!

I'm thinking that Retr0 see's everything from a slightly different angle to the rest of us, like we are all observing point "c" from point "a", while Retr0 is interpreting the same "c" from some point "x"....
