Converting Open Wheel House to Alaskan BulkHead

Hi, I am just wondering if anyone has heard of anyone sealing up their boat so its a bit more comfortable in the winter? What are the pitfalls. Its a trophy 2359 It looks like a straight forward job. Just curious if anyone has done it and what you would expect to pay

be careful that it doesn't affect the stability and windage of the boat. I haven't a clue about what you'd pay.
