    Badly sprained ankle 2 weeks ago and went from 81kg to 74kg in 2 weeks.

    Plan is to do WS4SB until Christmas with some cycling/light running.

    Week 1
    ME Upper

    Bench
    1x10 50kg
    1x8 60kg
    1x5 70kg
    1x3 75kg

    2x12 22.5kg Inc DB press

    4x10 50kg BB Row
    4x10 7.5kg Seated DB clean

    3x12 30kg DB Shrug
    3x12 15kg DB Curls


    Kept the weight light but it all felt heavy, especially the rows, think my upper back still needs some recovery time.

    Weight 87kg

    Ankle still only 50/50. Broken toes on left foot.

    Took the last 2 months off training completely, body needed time to recover. Gonna start working away around my injuries, hopefully they'll be fixed in a few weeks then I reckon I'll do a 6 week WS4SB cycle with some running and then go back to Crossfit and running.

    Easing myself back in today...
