F-Class Novice Day II

Hi Guys,

Just got this.

There is another F-Class Novice Day taking place this Sunday. This is due to the demand from those that missed the last match.

Also, on the 11th of October, there will be a competion held for those that have taken part in the Novice Introduction.

Same format as before.
Zero at 100yards. Head coach and range officers will assist the shooters right throughout the day.

How did the second novice day go?

It was good. Fired a load of rounds. Wind was a little stronger than the week before but it was the constant and quick changing that caught us out a few times. Still looking forward to Sunday. It'll be my first competition.

A couple of the F-Class lads fired aswell. S**t. They make it look easy. One of the lads was having a bit of trouble but was shooting well enough. An F-Class shooter fired 4 shots from his rifle to check elevation and windage. 1st shot was in the 3/4 mark. The next 3 were V-bulls.

That was a good day. I think everyone done well enough in tricky, windy conditions. Big thanks to the F-Class shooters who took time out of their day for bits of advice when needed. The wind coaches (you know who you are) who must be part weather men as they were calling a drop or rise in wind when i could not differentiate but after i fired i seen they were right. Got caught a couple of times with the wind.

Good day overall and thanks to the range officers and lads in the butts. looking forward to a few more like it.



PS. derek_g34 nice shooting lad don't think it could have been much closer. From the lad on your right .

Cheers Ezridax. You weren't half bad yourself (seeing as you took first place). I'm thinking of trading in the TRG. Every f*ucker seems to have one:D

I've had my fill of mildots, 25moa base on the way...

There may be another one after Christmas when more people have their licenses sorted. Its only my thoughts, not a certainty. I'm sure one of the lads from Midlands will post when one is sheduled as there is lot of interest in them.
