If the elbow drop buff for Guy is applied to both the down-mp as well as the bushin flip-elbow I'll be happy. The buff to run overhead hopefully will also punish people who try low profile under it instead of blocking like they should, and ex bsk to 6 frames.. urrggghhh
The removal of cr.mp as an anti-air is okay once those standing lk and hk buffs cover it, but I still think Guy needed something more.

I'll still play Deejay but Guile was my first SF4 character and would love to proplerly learn him.

Deejay got some decent buffs, especially the sobat and the 5f>4f cr.short are superb buffs. I'll continue to play him too.

its a wonder that they didn't make the input buff for ryu universal for everyone.
if they gave it to ryu may aswell give it to ken , akuma etc

Ultrachen are really pumping out the content between loctest stuff and KI tutorials, especially since all this came out while they've been on "hiatus" until their next season :pac:

They do great work as a whole, and I find that since their involvement in the FGC is primarily as commentators and content produces rather than competitors you can rely on their opinions to be relatively impartial.

Details on Ultra's release date are out on Capcom-Unity:

the digital upgrade will be available in early June for $14.99 (€14.99) on PS3 and Xbox 360. Following shortly after in August, is the digital upgrade for PC at $14.99 (€14.99), as well as the PS3 and Xbox360 full digital bundle and retail versions, which include all previously-released costumes for $39.99 (€39.99).
Since our PC fans have to wait longer for the content, we have a special deal where they can get the full digital bundle including all of the previously-released costumes for only $29.99 (€29.99), also in August.

MrWizard also chimed in that Ultra will be included at EVO as 2 months is enough time to get to grips with it.

They'd said a couple of months back that the arcade version would be arriving in April. No way they're going to release on consols before that.

hey lads, has anyone figured out this proxy block OS yet?
i cant seem to do it.
my understanding is that if i do crouching medium kick and buffer ex condor spire and finish with holding back. if i am put into a state of proxy block i should get spire.but i dont.is there a part to it im missing.
also can we proximity block using special move instead of normal?

End on down back, not back.

Only works with low tiger shot as that's the only special (as far as I know) that ends with your character in crouch.

Launch sales mean little - unless the product is absolute junk, early-adopters will ALWAYS buy the entire launch shipment, near-guaranteed.
Manufacturers bank on this by keeping prices as high as they think they can, to help them recoup development costs.

Call me in 6 months when a clearer window has been established.

Then call me again when they're getting closer to the 160 million PS3s & 360s sold (~80/80 split).

And it's not like the PS3/360 are suddenly DEAD. Last I checked, they've still got games coming.

I think it's a nasty issue that they aren't backwards compatible.

This means once the new gens go in, the old gen games go out.
