Would you care if boards shut down?

One of them looks like Billy Connolly.

I have to say though that imo boards knocks spots off any competition it has and most of that is down to the people who post on it.

Kudo's to the lot of us who recognise something great when we see it.

That's because it is Billy Connelly :P It's from a film called Still Crazy - Billy Connelly, Bill Nighy, Jimmy Nail - it's on youtube if you've not seen it. Great film, well worth a watch :cool:

Boards is an amazing website. I've lurked on plenty of message boards on this here internet and not one of them comes close to boards (Particularly After Hours, which I love). The sense of community, sense of humour and general laid-back attitude all help to make this site enjoyable.

The mods do a great job to (not just saying that) - the amount of shite you lot have to put up with, I don't know how you stay (fairly) sane!

If boards disappeared one day, I wouldn't be in tears or anything, but I would be disappointed. You come to boards for information or whatever, but you find yourself easily coming back for the community.
