    Are there any clubs/ranges in Ireland with a ZZ shooting set-up?



    it looks like great craic and a wee bit cheaper than clays!

    As jwshooter said, it would be a bit slow, but its looks absolutely brilliant fun. If it does start over here someone post the location. Would travel to have a bash.

    As far as i can make out, it would be a lot cheaper(in the long run) for a club, as in the blades are re-usable and the cups also.. it seems interesting, the birds seem to fly out fairly naturally/random... i think its called helice zz in begium etc...... theres a ball of money methinks to the first entreprenaur that brings it to Ireland!!

    Would love to give this a go,was an article on it in shooting sports.Seems alot of places in uk have it they take it in turn to shoot single targets,full use of gun,shooting 25 in a day.
    Also says in article about using tight chokes and 36gram loads of no.7,ouch probably why they only shoot a few.Think they need the heavy loads to seperate the target.
