Well, it could be a roundabout or it could be a grade separated junction, depending on how they paint it. If there are no 'Give Way' signs then it is not a roundabout - motorist merely merge across the various bits to get where they are going.

On the other hand, they will probably paint it as a roundabout with Give Way signs because that's what they do.

Article mentions that the traffic from the M6 terminal roundabout was back as far as J19 this morning. God help us when this scheme opens.

Concrete, they can get the right compaction in such small holes using tarmacadam.
