isn't it about time we organised a social outing!!!!!!

Getting busier and busier with Uni work so I was thinking that perhaps in the coming week or two we could organise a session in the UCD bar and perhaps a night out in town?
What do people think?

You can just skip premed in UCD :P.

It is dependent upon how much science you already know- and if you have the basics of biology, physics, chemistry, you don't have to do it; you would be advised to do it though, if you don't.

Not terribly sure how this thread is combating the 'Welcome to the twenty-two thousand faceless community' problem in UCD

Edit: Does anybody know if there is a CompSci soc? I find it hard to believe that none exists...

There's Netsoc, but I don't think there's a specific Comp Sci soc at the moment.

You cant just skip it, one is not given a choice at all, you can be offered the 5 year course, but as far as I know, it's mainly mature/graduate students get it.

Not really many LC meds want to skip pre medicine so it ends up being offerred (to skip) to everyone
