    Theres a password protect facility on those STBs btw :) So if the parents are worried they can activate it which blocks out the adult channels :)

    I dislike UPCs customer care and the 15euro downgrade charge. As long as you never have to ring UPC or downgrade they are a good company IMO. I rarely have to ring but when I do its infuriating.

    I wouldn't want to be that teenager when the bill arrives in the post or when mammy rings up the billing section asking about The Playboy Channel subscription.
