    another case recently in papers where mother was working in shop leaving 4 year old home alone......if a father did this the reaction would have been different because there is an unusual and unhealthy tip toing around mothers in ireland...witness how lng roscommon incest lady was getting away with it....something to do with holy mary and mammies

    Gardaí locate Dublin boy's mother

    Gardaí in Clondalkin have located the mother of a young boy found wandering alone in the area yesterday morning.


    His 20-year-old mother, who is from the locality, came forward this afternoon after a massive appeal through the media.


    It is understood she had left the toddler with her sister, but it is not yet known how exactly the mix-up happened.


    The two-year-old boy was discovered at 10am yesterday morning outside Thornfield Square Apartments on Watery Lane, Clondalkin.


    He was cared for by the Health Service Executive before his mother came forward.


    Gardaí thanked the public and the media for their assistance in locating the woman.
