Is it any wonder Kilkenny is forgotten about in the Dail when this is what we have "representing" us. Merge Carlow and Kilkenny county councils; where as counties with far less population are not proposed to be merged i.e. Laois/Offaly to our north... oh wait I forgot, they have a Taoiseach with real powers unlike our own…

An excellent point, miss cat!. And tom, correct me if i'm wrong, but aren't all politicians expected to "done a lot" for their constituency?. Seems like something that would be in the job description! (fine print, perhaps?).
