My sleep pattern is pretty weird too. I set the alarm at 7am, so I decided to sleep at 1am. I woke up at 4am
And then I couldn't sleep again until half 6!
Can't wait for the spring/summer season! I'm more of an autumn/winter person but I'm sick of it at this stage. Bring on floaty dresses and pretty colours! I think this is the first time in my life I've actually liked being a girl

I tend to avoid those things so I wouldn't know. If it helps though, I checked the smarties my sister was eating and they don't seem to contain non-veggie colours or coating anymore.

Stupid circadian rythyms...why mess us up?
I'm a winter baby myself and usually love it, but seriously think I may have S.A.D. due to the lack of light in winter. Summer is great with the bright colours and wearing of t-shirts and shorts:) Happy^_^

Stay awake for as long as I can tolerate for now, sleep early. Wake up between 3 and 5am and stay up all day then sleep a little later around 12...problem solved when I wake at 8am next day!esplains

Pizza....beans....bean pizza!:D:DFor some reason I didn't get to sleep till 7am this morning and didn't wake up till 4pm. Gonna be up most of the night now. Also only had a bag of chips this morning so got a cheese pizza and some beans for later.

Wouldn't be the worst idea ever^ I should follow you and attempt to regulate my sleeping habits. At the moment, due to college exams/boozing/night shifts my sleeping pattern is all over the gaff. I woke up at 4pm today haha I'm only fixing it because of college haha!
