Brazilian food knowledge, finally handy. Eh bounties are the worst thing ever annnnnd, I've broken open a few coconuts on teh ground after puching them failed and the clear liquid was just horrrrible

Btw, I can reveal to you...that you can buy big bags of shellless pistachios in town muahaha. We ought a 14e bag in there a week or two back...it lasted 2 days
although that bag had shells...I wonder do the shells add to the cost due to weight

Yay I just convinced someone of bringing me one of those smoothies next time I go out (if it ever happens again. Help!!!)

Dark chocolate is the only chocolate worthy of my time. And shelled pistachios just wouldn't be the same.

Bounties suck. They really do. I've been known for eating all the outside chocolate and throwing the rest away, in a bout of extreme chocolate deprivation. The filling is just waaay too sweet.

But I don't think I should eat that much fruit...I used to make my own smoothies til some fool of a took dropped my blender...not that one.

Asian shop yep, I am ever on the search for cheap nuts and seeds.

I don't think coconut was meant for savoury food tbh. Don't listen to all those thai people who might disagree. Coconut in sweet things tastes delicious though.

Oooh I just remembered something. You can heat up a bit of molasses (with maybe some other sweetener as well if you want this sweeter) and mix with tiny dices of coconut until they're all covered up and dark and nice. Like candied coconut or something. That's yummy =]

It's a dark, very sticky, very viscous baking product, that can be sweet or not depending on its grade. If you've seen blackstrap molasses, that's the least sweet type. It's rich in a lot of minerals apparently.
